Education Minister Yoav Kish’s “Roots” reform is not an innocent educational move. It is a powerful step that seeks to anchor one and exclusive orthodox call of Judaism, thus expropriating the main function of the education: to design a thinking and critical generation, capable of dealing with the challenges of the future.
