The final stage of V International Financial Security Olympiad has started

In Krasnoyarsk, at the Siberian Federal University, the opening ceremony of the V International Financial Security Olympiad was held. In 2025, about 600 schoolchildren and students from 40 countries became finalists. For the first time, Bangladesh, Jordan, Madagascar, Turkey and Uruguay joined the first time.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin addressed the participants of the Olympiad: “It is gratifying that the Olympiad has become part of the systemic, multifaceted work of the state and society to increase the availability of modern knowledge, to reveal the creative potential and talents of the younger generation – children who are aimed at professional success, at creative work. Today we can say with confidence that this project took place. Every year he expands his geography and representative office, serves as one of the key events of the large -scale international financial security movement. ”

“Greetings to guests and participants from 40 countries. Indeed, this is already a powerful international movement that has united more than 6 million participants. It is also very important that our president Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin noted that the Olympics is a great opportunity to demonstrate its capabilities and talents to you, our youth. This, by the way, is one of the national goals of Russia’s development. I am sure that it in many ways coincides with the goals that are in your countries. For the first time, the International Financial Security Olympiad takes place in the very center of our country, hospitable Krasnoyarsk and Siberian Federal University. The organizers have prepared for you excellent conditions, interesting contests and tasks, a large cultural, entertaining, cognitive program. I am sure that you will succeed and you will enjoy it, but most importantly, you will get new friends and discover new opportunities. On behalf of our president, I declare the V International Olympiad for Open Financial Security, ”Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of Government, addressed the participants.

The finalists and guests at the opening ceremony were addressed by the plenipotentiary of the Russian President in the Siberian Federal District Anatoly Seryshev: “It is very pleasing that the Olympiad is gaining an increasing scale, involving new participants from different countries in its orbit – today this is one of its most important tasks. It is first held in Siberia. For us, this is a great honor and responsibility. I wish all participants in the Olympiad during the competition to realize their knowledge and skills as much as possible, to achieve high results, and most importantly, to gain new friends and like -minded people. ”

The winners and prize -winners of the Olympiad are advantages to enter the universities of the International Network Institute in the field of under/FT for undergraduate programs, magistracy and graduate schools in accordance with the benefits of level I Olympiads, as well as the possibility of internships in Rosfinmonitoring and other organizations.

In his speech, the director of Rosfinmonitoring, Deputy Chairman of the Organizational Committee of the Olympiad, Yuri Chikhanchin, noted the significance of the Olympiad as a platform that forms a community of future professionals for an effective response to relevant challenges: “Threats in the field of financial security, including transnational crime, cybercriminism, throrrorism and others, are international, and they are international in nature. They require coordinated efforts of the entire world community. In order to more effectively solve these problems now and, most importantly, in the future, large -scale educational initiatives were launched. So our Olympics was born – more than five years ago. Then 7 countries participated in it, and every year geography expanded – up to 40 states today. ”

The welcome word to the finalists was directed by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov: “It is convinced that the competition, as usual, will be held in the spirit of honest struggle, give an additional impetus to the development of international interaction in the field of financial security, and will contribute to the establishment of mutually appropriate youth contacts. And the cultural program will allow foreign participants to enrich their knowledge about our great country. ”

The participants were also addressed by the chairman of the State Financial Intelligence Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanat Asangulov. He noted that the Olympiad is not just an intellectual competition, but a space where science and practice are found, where the experience of a professional is combined with youth energy.

Advisor to the Embassy of the People’s People’s Republic of Su Lay, speaking at a ceremony, emphasized the consistent development of Russian-Chinese relations, in which the financial security sphere acquires new significance and becomes a platform for cooperation.

The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov spoke about the readiness of the region for a large -scale international event and emphasized the significance of a dialogue on the topic of financial security. “The Krasnoyarsk Territory no coincidence became the venue of the Olympics. Our task is that the guests take away not only the results of the intellectual struggle, but also a lot of impressions of Siberia. To do this, we have prepared a rich program – with excursions on picturesque surroundings to unique cultural events. And of course, we have something to share: our experience in the field of financial education, noted at the federal level, we are actively introducing and ready to broadcast colleagues. ”

Also, Dmitry Chernyshenko, Anatoly Seryshev, Yuri Chikhanchin and Mikhail Kotyukov appreciated the exhibition of strategic partners of the Olympiad and answered media questions.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that a lot of work was preceded by a lot of work in the hospitable, fifth Olympiad in the hospitable Krasnoyarsk. He noted the work of Elena Vladimirovna Shmeleva and Yuri Anatolyevich Chikhanchin, with whom this project began together.

Dmitry Chernyshenko emphasized that representatives of financial intelligence from more than 15 countries arrived in Krasnoyarsk in order not only to support our guys, but also to be their mentors: “Those who will inspire them to protect the financial future of our countries.”

The International Financial Security Olympiad has been held since 2021 under the patronage of the President of Russia and the Government.
