Israeli media: Netanyahu discusses with Trump to complete the goals of the Gaza war news

Israeli media reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will discuss with US President Donald Trump the need to complete the goals of the war in Gaza and peace in the region, while the American envoy to the Middle East Steve Witakouf expects a penetration after the presentation of an American plan from 21 points.

The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation has made clear that Netanyahu will discuss with Trump the need to complete the goals of the war and expand the circle of peace in the region, according to the Israeli army radio.

The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper also quoted Netanyahu as saying that he will discuss with Trump “the great opportunities that our victory and our need to achieve the goal of war,” he said.

On the other hand, Maariv newspaper said that the Israeli army informed Netanyahu that a ceasefire and the release of the detained prisoners in light of the current situation.

Maariv added that the army and the Shabak are aware that the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) set a major target of kidnapping a soldier from the army during the maneuver.

The newspaper said, “The Israeli army is working to clarify the nature of the threat to all its forces.”

On the other hand, the American delegate Steve Witkeov said – yesterday, Wednesday, that he expects a breakthrough related to the war in the Gaza Strip in the coming days, explaining that Trump presented a plan in this regard during his meeting with leaders of Arab and Islamic countries on the sidelines of the General Assembly in New York.

“We showed what we call Trump’s peace plan in the Middle East and Gaza, which is composed of 21 points,” Wittouf said during the Concordia summit on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.

“I think it is dealing with Israel’s concerns, as well as the concerns of all neighbors in the region,” he added.
