In his book Altnoyland, Benjamin Ze’ev Herzl wrote about the ship called “Photoro” (“the future” in Spanish) to which the prominent winds were invited at the time on a journey in the Mediterranean, including in Israel. For this purpose, according to the book, “a committee of writers and artists was established to assemble the respectable list of guests.”
Thus, “they met on the photoro poets and philosophers, inventors and discovers, writers and artists, political science, economists, politicians and journalists.” During this cruise, these cultural members held deep conversations about the countries and sites in which they visited its various stations, including, as mentioned, “New Palestine”.
