First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Sergei Kiriyenko and Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, visited the Tavrid art claster in Crimea, where the Tavrida.Art festival opened.
They appreciated the work of the Academy of Creative Industry “Megan”, where the participants go through the educational program and present their creative initiatives. This is one of the 18 year -round youth educational centers, opened on behalf of President Vladimir Putin. It is planned that by the end of the year, more than 30 thousand people will be trained at the academy.
Also, Sergey Kiriyenko and Dmitry Chernyshenko got acquainted with the project of the Yamalia children’s health camp, which will be built on the territory of the Tavrida art cluster. It will function all year round and accept children who are fond of creativity from all regions of Russia. The project is implemented with the support of the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The complex, a total area of about 10 hectares, will be located on the shores of the Black Sea. The children’s health camp will be able to take up to 500 people at the same time.
At the Tavrida.Art festival, the publication “Main Topics of Russia: 2025”, prepared the Ministry of Culture and ANO “Taurida.Art” was presented. The materials included in it will become the basis for the formation of creative works, the implementation of cultural projects, as well as for the creation of concepts of events.
The catalog was prepared on the proposals of federal executive bodies and constituent entities of the Russian Federation in three areas: relevant topics, personal stories, significant dates. These topics reflect the traditional spiritual and moral values enshrined by the Decree of the President of Russia No. 809.
Also, Sergey Kiriyenko and Dmitry Chernyshenko, together with the participants of the festival, watched the play “The Road to Berlin”, telling about the life of the Russian people during the Great Patriotic War. Its director is Polina Men, who died in 2023 when performing a volunteer mission in the village of Kumachov as a result of shelling of the Armed Forces. The students and friends of the director united to restore the production.
From August 1 to 3, the festival of young art “Taurida.Art”, whose participants were 60 thousand people from all over the country, are being held for the 7th time. The program includes 5 areas: music, theater, fine art, cinema and show. At the festival site, young artists, musicians, actors, directors create works that reflect traditional spiritual and moral values and love for the homeland.
