The use of state support for manufacturers, new innovative Orelp projects, issues of localizing the production and training of personnel were discussed.

M.Mushin: Dear Mikhail Georgievich!

Your company has been in the market for more than 20 years. You produce high -tech equipment, equip entire production lines with technologies that are today very in demand by our industry.

It is important that you not only create new products, but also provide warranty and service services, so that consumers can get both spare parts and adjustment of machine tools, and this is very important in such a high -tech and complex industry as machine tool construction.

The President noted that it is necessary to support manufacturers. And the government helps such companies using a whole set of tools. First of all, it is the industry development fund, preferential loans, preferential subsidies that you received. Such demanded support measures as Rosagrolysing programs to purchase Russian equipment, I also know, were used by your enterprise.

How much did these mechanisms help you? And in general A few words about your enterprise.

M.Ivanov: Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich, thank you for paying close attention not only to machine tools in general, but also by the eating engineering industry in particular. Thanks to state support, the industry is experiencing a real Renaissance to date.

The ORENLEP group of companies is engaged in the manufacture of equipment for the production of sausages and all types of semi -finished products. We also produce concomitant equipment for freezing, wastewater cleaning.

This year our company turned 20 years old. We have a little more than 300 staff, taking into account the new site in the territory of the Orenburg region. The production base is equipped with a modern machine park with a high share of domestic equipment. In our production, it exceeds 65%, and if you look at the lathe/milling group that we use for the production of food equipment, about 90%. Machines for laser cutting, cutting, laser welding, laser cleaning-all 100% of the machines on both sites-production of Yumyash, Morsyazavtomatika, the city of St. Petersburg, our good old partner. The turning/milling group at our enterprise is also represented by machine tools “Stankmashmashklex”, the city of Tver. We have no other machines.

We started with the purchase of machine tools localized in the Russian Federation in Ulyanovsk. Previously, there was a DMG there, and after DMG left, we are completely working only with the machine -gun. We also have machines specifically for the production of especially complex technological products. These are machines of production of the Orenburg region – the South Ural Mechanical Plant, the city of Kuvandyk. This is especially gratifying. Also now we are commissioned by a new heat treatment workshop. Here we will have the Intersalt equipment, the city of St. Petersburg. And you can list for a long time. We have a lot of domestic developments. We strive for that, and for us this is a priority task in order to produce domestic food equipment on Russian -made machines, using raw materials of domestic production and Russian consumables and components. And I think that we are very close to this purpose with the commissioning of the Russian Stainless Company factory this year. The main raw material for our production will have a cold stainless steel up to 3 mm. This is what is needed in food and in many other industries.

To date, we have another achievement – this year we opened the automation and robotization plant on the territory of the Orenburg region, the plant began work in early January of this year with a metalworking workshop. On June 10 of this year, we launched a full cycle.

We also use quite wide support measures. We work tight with FRP. The first measures to support the regional industry development fund helped us to establish the initial production of components for high -speed heat -forming machines for packaging sausages.

The second support measures – a loan of 126 million – we realized to increase the number of spare parts and more localize the production of high -speed thermalforming machines.

The next step in development was the construction of the site already for the production of these high -speed thermoforming machines. At the food engineering forum, we announced in 2023 a program of preferential leasing for Russian food equipment manufacturers. And the first machine, which was manufactured by the automation and robotization plant, is a high -speed heat -forming machine – is going on the program of preferential leasing.

M.Mushin: For the success of projects that you plan as part of an industrial technopark, including high -tech processes,, of course, competent personnel are needed. We are conducting an active work on behalf of the Head of State on the formation of a unified, integral system of training. From the school bench, when entire engineering classes are created either by classes in specialties. Next is professional. Moreover, clustering, professionalism goes together with companies such as yours, which can already watch in advance, select the children needed for production, and participate in the methodology of the educational process. And ending already with universities, institutes, universities. You know about our advanced engineering schools, about the Strategy-2030 program. This is very important.

Do you use programs related to professional and advanced engineering schools to attract young cadres? Because it is very important for young people to adapt in new industries. Are you participating in such programs?

M.Ivanov: Yes, we participate in the Professor program. We cooperate with four colleges of Orenburg. This is a college of computer science. We have the entire group of young IT specialists are graduates of the college, and this is the first or second year. When there was a shortage of personnel in the IT industry, we simply attracted students of this college. And we did very well. This is the humanitarian and technical college. This is the college of Orenburg State University.

M.Mushin: And universities?

M.Ivanov: We cooperate with the university, which also pleases us. Alma Mater-Orenburg State University. This year, as anchor partners of the Orenburg State University, we will participate in submitting an application for the advanced engineering school. Also, the Orenburg State University has a “road map” of development, robotization and automation and, accordingly, there are training special personnel for this program – we also actively participate in this, we have several partnership programs in this direction.

M.Mushin: Obviously, this year, the volume of the market for the products you are engaged has grown significantly – about a third. This is primarily the equipment for the food and processing industry. This is, of course, in many respects with the achievements of our agricultural industry as a whole. There is an increase in both key industries, including livestock and meat processing, and in other, promising.

So, the demand for your products is growing – these are modern machines, the line of equipment. Moreover, the tasks of developing their own production in this sector have not yet been solved. So far, in the domestic market, the share of domestic technology is a little more than half.

Which of the interesting, new can be offered to the agricultural industry? What innovative developments are you going to implement in your production?

M.Ivanov: Of the modern and interesting projects, we have a joint project with “delicious and point” and a group of Cherkizovo companies, this is the production of high -performance production lines for all well -known Nuggets, completely finished products.

M.Mushin: What localization?

M.Ivanov: Localization, I think, is 90%.

M.Mushin:
Great.

M.Ivanov: Our company today already makes for our large client – it is Abi Product – “Meat Gallery” (city of Vladimir) line with a capacity of 2.5–3.5 tons per hour. And together with the “delicious point” and “Cherkizovo” we want to make a line with a capacity of 5 tons per hour. Such lines in the world make only three companies today. We want to enter them.

Also, from promising developments, we have robotization of all types of processes. This is robotization of lamb cutting, robotization on the cutting line of cattle and pigs, robotization of laying ready -made sausages (sausages, sausages and other things), as well as end processes. We pay great attention to this issue.

M.Mushin: I visited one of the enterprises when we were in the Caucasus – Damate. And its leader, Naum Aleksandrovich (Babaev)who showed me the entire production system, talked about the demand for domestic equipment and promised (it was a few years ago) to make as many orders for domestic equipment as possible.

What do you think, when we can complete the necessary equipment for such enterprises already completely from domestic technological tools – machine tools and other equipment?
