The First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, as part of a working trip to the Republic of Tuva, visited the production of building materials, got acquainted with the exhibition of key industrial enterprises of the region, and also held a working meeting with the head of the republic Vladislav Khovalyg.

Vostok LLC is engaged in the construction of housing and social institutions. With the help of a personal development program, the enterprise established the production of reinforced concrete products and construction blocks. The volume of shipment of goods in 2024 reached more than 5 billion rubles. The share of Russian equipment at the enterprise is 75%.

At the industrial product exhibition, Denis Manturov got acquainted with the production potential of the region and the work of existing enterprises. One of them is Technmashservice JSC (part of Rostec Group of Companies), where in November 2023, due to state support measures, a plant was put into operation for the production of emulsion explosives for the development of deposits. The company cooperates with local mining enterprises and supplies them products. The power of the plant is 5 thousand tons per year.

The First Deputy Prime Minister, together with the head of the republic, also circled a number of deposits by helicopter, including Tastyg and Kyzyl-Tashtyg. Denis Manturov emphasized that the development of the Tastygsky deposit for the production of lithium concentrate is not only a promising direction for deliveries to the domestic market, but also has export potential. The Tastyg deposit in Tyu is one of the largest lithium deposits in Russia and one of the key to ensuring technological sovereignty of Russia in the field of modern capacious power sources and storage of energy.

At a meeting with Vladislav Khovalyg, Denis Manturov recommended that the region more actively use the instruments of the industry development fund, including to attract local investors. In addition, the First Deputy Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia together with the Government of the Republic and management companies of private industrial parks to work out the issue of their inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This will allow companies in the future to apply for support measures through the ministry.

Vladislav Khovalyg reported to Denis Manturov about the beginning of the development of a preliminary technical and economic justification of the creation of the Central-Eurasian transport corridor (CETK). At the PMEF-2025, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and Tuva signed a memorandum under which the Strategic Development Center founded a promising cargo base. The terms of reference were approved by the working group formed on the initiative of Denis Manturov.

Recall that the order to determine the feasibility of the formation of the cetch was given by President Vladimir Putin in the framework of the new strategic directions for the development of Russia. The Central Eurasian Transport Corridor provides an additional possibility of transit of goods to the Northern Sea Route across the Yenisei River and creates the basis of the northern branch of the new silk track.
