The Israeli public debates on issues such as “Who Need Judaism,” “Is the” religious “by the sources of Judaism,” “Why teach Bible instead of strengthening mathematics/physics/computers/AI”, in my opinion, they are boring.
Of course, you can see learning professions related to religion/Judaism to experience, coercion originated in political, or even misunderstanding of our “real” needs: as a society, as a state, as a people. But you can also see learning about experience-maybe a little desperate-to come back to being “with the book”: with culture, with knowledge, with good expression, written and oral expression.
