“The purpose of the national project“ Personnel ”is to reduce the shortage of personnel through the formation of mechanisms and tools that will additionally involve the population in employment, to ensure professional mobility, to properly navigate not only in the current, but also the prospective demand of employers on personnel. And here our main efforts are aimed at working with internal reserves, first of all, youth. Today, today, pre -trial Youth, when school graduates and students passed exams, defended diplomas, it is especially important for the children to help the children to decide on future work, to ensure a seamless transition from training to employment, ”said Tatyana Golikova.

Within the framework of the federal project “Labor Management”, annual forecasting of personnel needs is carried out. Since this year, the forecast for the first time has been made for the 7-year period so that the forecast results cover the entire cycle of training of qualified specialists.
Over 300 thousand companies, which are engaged in about 22 million workers, took part in the All -Russian survey of employers. Starting next year, all processes related to the preparation of the forecast will be transferred to the Russian Work portal, which will simplify the verification and processing of data.
Within the framework of the national project “Personnel” the modernization of the employment service continues.
“By the end of this year, 50% of employment centers in Russia will already gain a new look. In updated centers, the speed of selection of personnel at the request of employers increased by 11.5%. The employment time decreased by 39%, the number of services for employers increased by 20%, 70% for applicants, ”said Tatyana Golikova.
Within the framework of the federal project “Education for the Labor Market”, the formation of completely new tools continues. The first of them was represented on June 15 – these are national ratings for the employment of college and universities. In order for the comparison to be as relevant as possible, all educational organizations are divided in areas. It is important that the results of the rating are useful not only for the field of education and applicants, but also taken into account by regions and employers.
“In the framework of the National Project“ Personnel “, to increase the relationship of education and career, we launched a pilot project to support students. This year, 11 regions are in the pilot. Here the personnel centers“ Russia’s work “build a unified plan for career development-from the 8th grade to employment to the company. The project has already covered 350 thousand students of colleges and 74 thousand students of universities. More than a thousand organizations joined the pilot.
An important element of the ligament of education and the labor market is targeted training.
As Tatyana Golikova noted, the main demand is for training in higher education programs – about 94 thousand training places. In addition, from this year, through the Russian Work portal, employers got the opportunity to apply for quotas for targeted training for the 2026/27 academic year. This service is in demand, since it allows you to avoid double competition for the training place and clearly build work on attracting applicants to requests from the enterprise. Over 70 thousand companies that submitted applications for 132 thousand training seats used it.
Along with large system projects, the implementation of the operational response measures to the situation in the labor market in the framework of the Fedroekte “Active Employment Assistance measures” continues.
“This year, free retraining programs are available in 360 professions. Given the various levels of starting training of applicants for these programs, more than 4 thousand curriculums are formed. Over 56 thousand applications for training have already been submitted. The training of employees of the defense industry enterprises continues. 198 enterprises that plan to train more than 12 thousand employees have already connected to the project. More than 2 thousand people have already passed retraining, ”said Tatyana Golikova.
As part of the national project, the contest “Best by profession” is also reformatted. On the current day, almost 230 regional stages of the competition were planned.
