Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Metropolitan Simferopol and Crimean Tikhon on the day of Russia held a meeting with youth at the site of the Point Point Center. The Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev also took part in it.

Dmitry Chernyshenko congratulated everyone on Russia’s Day and noted that this time he is especially significant: “2025 is the year of the 80th anniversary of our great victory and the year, declared by our President Vladimir Putin the year of the defender of the Fatherland.”

He emphasized the importance of preserving and transferring traditional spiritual and moral values.

“A whole national project was launched – this is also a precedent, in the world there is no such thing -“ youth and children ”. It has a large number of events, more than 160. And since you are active, the leaders of the youth movement, you must navigate in these events and understand how these events will work to strengthen the values ​​that are fixed by the presidential decree, ”said Deputy Prime Minister.

Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke about the measures of the national project “Youth and Children”.

So, within the framework of the national project, the competition “Region for young people” is held. A year ago, President Vladimir Putin opened 12 year -round youth educational centers. For example, in the Crimea and Sevastopol, this is the Academy of Creative Industries “Megan”, the Youth Historical and Cultural Center “Sources”.

The key events in these centers will be the forums of Rosmolody, which this year will be 27 with the participation of about 20 thousand people. Among them – the Forum “Territory of meanings”, educational races “Tavrid.Art” at the Academy “Megan”, the Mashuk forum in the Center for Knowledge “Mashuk”, the media forum “noise” in the Kaliningrad region, etc.

“The national project includes many different sub -sections: the development of volunteering, for example, the competition“ Good deed region ”, the implementation of international programs and events based on 90 open friendship clubs or on the annual rub of youth. By the way, this year it will be held in Nizhny Novgorod and unite 2 thousand people from different countries. It is impossible not to recall patriotic projects, including the program “Orlyate of Russia”, “Zarnitsa 2.0”, ”the Deputy Prime Minister said.

During the meeting, Dmitry Chernyshenko answered the questions of youth. For example, the coach of the International Volunteer Corps of the 80th anniversary of Victory Kristina Menshakova asked how to understand that you are a patriot of his homeland. And the curator of the governor’s school labor detachments, Sergei Sychev, asked a question about mentors: how the Deputy Prime Minister understands the word “mentor” and whether they had him.

Answering questions, Dmitry Chernyshenko mentioned that he himself is a mentor of Hero of Russia Stepan Belov in the framework of the “Heroes of Heroes” program.

“It was here, in Sevastopol, that a special place for our country, and throughout the centuries, our enemies tried to claim various plans for this place. We understand what significance the baptism of Rus’ had, which ensured our future statehood. In difficult moments of our Fatherland, Admiral Kornilov’s words “defend Sevastopol!” Summed up in memory. In the life of both ours and your generation, now the time has fallen when we need to defend both Sevastopol and our values ​​again.
