The great chaos produced by the mechanism of distributing aid that Israel has created in the Gaza Strip and international criticism directed at the Benjamin Netanyahu government on the headlines of major international newspapers.
A report in the French newspaper Liberation dealt with what it called “the trap of death in Gaza”, which reveals after the launch of the new aid distribution mechanism.
The report inferred the martyrdom of dozens of Palestinians seeking to obtain a little food, noting that “the catastrophe caused by the aid plan reflects the scale of chaos in the distribution centers.”
According to the report, the denial of each of the security companies that guard the place and the Israeli army to shoot the crowds contradicts the certificates collected by many international news agencies.
In a related context, an article in the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper concluded that Israel has lost international legitimacy to continue the war, warning that “work amid pressure and without strong international support will make it suffer increasing isolation.”
According to the article, Israel will then be subject to criticism, condemnation and decisions against it at the United Nations, with economic and other repercussions related to its image.
He pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu missed the opportunity to translate international support into political achievements, adding, “If he presented a plan for the next day in Gaza and enlisted the world for it, the situation today was completely different.”
In turn, the Newsweek magazine addressed statements by former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert that bored criticism of Netanyahu’s government, including accusing it of war crimes against the Palestinians.
The American magazine pointed out that Olmert’s statements – which he made during a television interview – are of great importance as the strongest reprimand from a former Israeli official, and that they are in line with the opinions of many local and international critics of the policy pursued against the Palestinians.
For his part, an article in the Israeli Jerusalem Post warned of the consequences of reducing the importance of the escalating crisis between Netanyahu and the Supreme Court against the background of his decision to appoint a new president of the Shabak.
The article stated that the insistence of each party to its position drags Israel towards a catastrophe, especially in light of “a continuous war, the hostage (prisoners) crisis has not yet been resolved, a torrent of international criticism, and the diplomatic repercussions of the policy of the Netanyahu government.”
In another file, the Washington Post said that the Ukrainian attack is unprecedented inside Russian territory, which raised local calls to “a strong response, given the size of the attack and the nature of the targeted sites, but rather who considered the opportunity to launch a nuclear attack on Ukraine.”
The American newspaper pointed to the privacy of the temporal factor, as the attack came in the wake of the collapse of two strategic bridges in southwestern Russia, and before the upcoming talks in Istanbul on stopping the war.
