The Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin visited the Arkhangelsk region with a working trip, where he held a meeting on the socio-economic development of the region, a working meeting with Governor Alexander Tsybulsky, and also examined a number of facilities.

“The Arkhangelsk region shows positive dynamics in a number of directions. So, over the past 5 years, about 1.8 thousand km of tracks have been built and repaired. The reconstruction and repair of the main federal highway of the Arkhangelsk Region M-8 “Holmogora”. We will try to accelerate the dop financing of the construction of the road from Arkhangelsk to Severodvinsk and a number of roads. There are certain results to resettle from emergency housing. Already more than 25 thousand people have been able to improve housing conditions. For this, the region is actively implementing the mechanism of complex development of the territories. The experience of the KRT to colleagues from other regions should be studied in large cities.

At a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister, dedicated to the issues of socio-economic development of the Arkhangelsk region, the participants examined the current state of affairs and outlined specific steps to solve accumulated problems.

The key topic of discussion was the implementation of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, aimed at improving the quality of the environment in strongholds.

As Marat Khusnullin noted, in the Arkhangelsk region a list of 26 strong settlements was preliminarily defined, where planned work will be carried out to increase the comfort of the life of citizens. These measures will achieve a national goal – to improve the quality of the environment for life in strong settlements by 30% by 2030.

The deputy chairman of the government also emphasized that in the housing sector, where steady growth of construction is noted, it is necessary to intensify the work on the development of promising territories. Particular attention will be paid to KRT projects. In addition, the Far Eastern and Arctic mortgage program continues to operate in the region until 2030.

Special attention at the meeting was given to the state of the road network. Marat Khusnullin noted that it is necessary to focus on problem areas that cause inconvenience to residents.

“There is a serious work to realize the tasks, but we have every reason to believe that, together with the Archangel region, we will be able to ensure the sustainable development of the Arkhangelsk region,” the Deputy Prime Minister summed up, emphasizing the need for constant monitoring of the execution of decisions. ”

The governor of the Arkhangelsk region Alexander Tsybulsky thanked Marat Khusnullin for his attention to the region and noted that the region has all the possibilities for promoting in all key areas.

“I am very impressed by the work style of Marat Shakirzyanovich, who not only arrived and held a meeting, not only visited the objects that we had previously designated, but also delved into every detail. Being a person with great practical experience, he gave a lot of tips. We did not hide the situation, showed the problems that we have, and really our position is heard in many of them. It is important for us to maintain the rate of resettlement, it is important to use all available tools for this. Now it is important to build new roads and bringing into the regulatory state of the existing network of roads, ”said Alexander Tsybulsky.

During the working trip, Marat Khusnullin visited the site under the integrated development of the territory on Loginova Street in Arkhangelsk. There it is planned to relocate people from emergency housing, to equip a square with an area of ​​3.5 thousand square meters. m and build a kindergarten for 280 seats.

In total, in the Arkhangelsk region more than 30 decisions on CRTs with a total area of ​​117 hectares were made, where it will be possible to build more than 1 million square meters. m of housing, as well as social facilities and new points of attraction of citizens.

In Arkhangelsk, the Deputy Prime Minister examined the Krasnoflotsky bridge and the New Moscow Prospekt, which was built at the expense of infrastructure budget loans, renovated according to the National Proproject “Safe high-quality roads”.

Another object of inspection was the embankment of the Solombalka River. The left bank was reconstructed in 2024 as part of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”, work on the right bank continues.

The deputy chairman of the government also visited the city of labor valor Severodvinsk, where he visited the Museum of Labor Glory and Military Valor of the Northern Engineering Enterprise – the largest shipyard and a powerful multidisciplinary complex in Russia.

In addition, in Severodvinsk, the Deputy Prime Minister visited the territory of the water area of ​​Sevmash, one of the largest hydraulic structures of the country, intended for the construction and repair of ships, atomic submarines, their launching, and the center of shiphair “Starsdochka”.
