In Zavidov, the Tver region, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, a meeting was held on import substitution in the field of tourism.

The event was attended by Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Governor of the Tver Region Igor Rudenya, head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma Vladimir Vasiliev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mikhail Ivanov, representatives of companies.

Dmitry Chernyshenko paid special attention to the topic of ski complexes and support measures to the national project “Tourism and Hospital”, which is implemented by decision of President Vladimir Putin.

“In the current winter season, our ski resorts have accepted almost 8.3 million people – this is a quarter more than in the previous year. We see a great interest in ski rest, we increase investments in this direction. Only under the program of preferential lending, business has already taken obligations to induce 32 billion rubles in the creation and development of infrastructure of ski resorts and provide an additional almost 5 million visits per year, ”said Deputy Prime Minister.

Last year, the Ministry of Economic Development supported the preferential loans for the purchase of tourist equipment and the creation of infrastructure of 9 ski complexes. At the consideration of 11 more projects in Karelia, Kuzbass, Leningrad, Chelyabinsk, Sakhalin Regions, Khabarovsk and Krasnodar Territories. The main task now is to support the production necessary for the implementation of projects. For this, a separate federal project was formed, which is overseeing the Ministry of Industry and Trade. With the participation of regions and business, the need for the industry for domestic products is determined. Including, the construction request was taken into account until 2030, almost 300 cable cars and the production of 275 ranges.

“The program of preferential lending of hotels is in great demand from both regions and business. To date, the program has received applications from 51 subjects of the country, which has exceeded all expectations. And next week, the Prime Minister will summarize the results of competitive selection, ”said the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov.

Dmitry Chernyshenko noted that the state, for its part, will support the domestic production of high -tech equipment for resorts – cable roads, equipment and special equipment systems, in return for those who had departed by foreign manufacturers. It is necessary to stimulate the production of tourist buses, scarce equipment for entertainment parks, ships for interregional river transportation. As part of the national project “Tourism and Hospital” there is a separate Fedroekt, in which these events are being implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

“Russian manufacturers today are able to provide the need for ski resorts in modern cable roads. Until 2030, their capacities allow you to release up to 450 units of equipment, which is an important step towards technological sovereignty and the development of ski tourism in Russia, ”Mikhail Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, emphasized in his speech.

Within the framework of the national project “Tourism and hospitality”, the federal project “Production of domestic products for the tourism industry” was formed, which is designed to increase the production of equipment for ski resorts, entertainment parks, as well as specialized equipment – tourist buses, cruise vessels. It is planned that by 2030 the share of domestic products in the tourism industry will be 84.5%. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade together with the Ministry of Economic Development.
