Particular attention was paid to the support measures of participants in a special military operation and their families. Of course, concern for them was and will remain among the absolute priorities of the government. Like the inhabitants of our border and new regions, which today have to cope with difficulties.
The proposals expressed by the deputies must be worked out in detail and carefully. And according to the results of yesterday’s discussion, to form a list of instructions with the terms of execution.
I will ask Dmitry Yuryevich Grigorenko to control this.

Today, on the agenda of the government’s meeting, the question that was also touched upon during the report is about improving housing conditions.
Consider the bill on the creation of a single register of citizens who are entitled to such state support. Among them, first of all, families with children, as well as with low income, people with disabilities, veterans, those who moved from the regions of the Far North, and a number of others.
Now data on them are contained in various information systems – federal, regional or municipal. And the decision to provide housing is made by those in whose ownership the building is. Moreover, Russian subjects can establish their measures to support people, as, for example, made in Yakutia.
For a more effective completion of tasks in this area, a single register is necessary. This should help increase the openness and transparency of the queue of citizens who need housing. Such information will be collected in a new general database, including information on subsidies and social payments for the purchase or construction of apartments or houses.
The proposed adjustments are part of the great work on the implementation of the national goal set by the president on the formation of a comfortable and safe environment for life.
We expect that these changes to the legislation will accelerate decision -making on the provision of housing for those in need, and will also allow you to monitor what is being done in the regions to help such citizens.
