“The resettlement of emergency housing is one of those tasks whose solution is kept in special control. We are working on solving this problem along with the regions. According to the national project “Housing and the urban environment“ In the district, almost 84 thousand citizens have moved from emergency houses today. The unsuitable housing and the fund was reduced by 1.5 million square meters. m. The resettlement program not only helps to improve the quality of life of thousands of Russians, but also helps to update urban development and create a comfortable urban environment. Since 2025, these problems have been solved as part of the new national project “Infrastructure for life“, ”said Deputy Prime Minister.
According to Marat Khusnullin, the most residents moved from emergency houses in the Arkhangelsk region – 26.1 thousand people, the Leningrad Region – 12.7 thousand people, the Komi Republic – 10.4 thousand people, the Republic of Karelia – 9.4 thousand people and the Vologda region – 7.1 thousand people.
The General Director of the Territory Development Fund Ilshat Shagiakhmetov noted that many regions are ahead of the lead, performing the tasks in shorter periods.
“In addition, already a good tradition has become the fact that the regions are connected to solve the problem of resettlement of emergency housing their mechanisms, create their own resettlement programs. So, the subjects of the North -Westile Department of the North -Western Administration at the expense of their budgets resettled 13.2 thousand people out of the total. Here we can note the Republic of Komi, where the region independently relocated 3.8 thousand people, and the Arkhangelsk region, where, thanks to the initiative of the subject, almost 3 thousand citizens improved the housing conditions, ”said the head of the territory development fund.
The program of resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock is supervised by the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Its operator is the Territory Development Fund.
