As part of a working trip along the M-12 Vostok and M-7 Volga routes, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin visited the Vladimir region, where he met with the head of the region Alexander Avdeev. The socio-economic development of the region was discussed, as well as the implementation of programs and projects for the coming years.

“The Vladimir region shows good results in work. The region dignifiedly completed the national projects “Housing and the urban environment“, “Safe high -quality roads. The pace of housing construction allow us to talk about a positive trend in improving the living conditions of residents of the region. In the development of the road network, the situation is also positive, the region has good indicators. The roads that I drove today are sections of the M-12 and M-7-Wrong quality tracks. We are now paying great attention to the construction of roads in the country. Transport accessibility is one of the key incentives for the development of regions and improving the quality of people’s life, ”said Marat Khusnullin.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted the growth of urban planning potential in the Vladimir region. However, according to him, as part of the development of master plans of cities and the development of supporting settlements, this work must be strengthened. The increase in Grad Potension will allow the region to expand the number of sites for future construction.

Marat Khusnullin also recalled that on behalf of the president, work is being underway on the implementation of the National Project “Infrastructure for Life”. At the meeting, he discussed with Alexander Avdeev the main tasks and approaches to the implementation of the new national project in the territory of the Vladimir region. The Deputy Prime Minister drew attention to the need to strengthen work regarding the development of communal infrastructure. This direction will become one of the key in the implementation of the new national project.

“The Vladimir Region is involved in almost all programs of the Bloc supervised by Marat Shakirzyanovich, and we intend to develop cooperation. Coordinated interaction on the implementation of the new national project “Infrastructure for life”. It involves the creation of a comfortable environment not only in large agglomerations, but also in small cities, such as Dobrograd. In total, we have 21 supporting items in the region, where we should almost double the quality of life in 12 years. And these are roads, these are new jobs, this is an update of communal infrastructure, the creation of comfortable city spaces and other positive changes, ”said the Governor of the Vladimir Region.

The development of reference settlements in the coming years will become one of the priorities of the spatial development of Russia. During a working trip to the region, Marat Khusnullin visited Dobragrad, which is included in their number.

For the construction of many important facilities here, the Vladimir region attracted the funds of infrastructure budget loans. Thanks to this, four roads and a school with 825 seats have already been commissioned. The construction of a kindergarten, a fitness center with a pool, road roads and communal networks continues. All this will create comfortable conditions for people’s lives, new jobs, build housing and positively affect the strengthening of the region’s economy.

During the working trip, Marat Khusnullin and Alexander Avdeev examined a number of facilities in Dobragrad, the construction of which became possible thanks to the raising funds of infrastructure budget loans.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the IBK tool is very in demand in the regions. On behalf of the president, this program will be continued in the form of treasury infrastructure loans.
