As part of a working trip to Primorye, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President to the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev held a meeting on the implementation of large investment projects in the region, attended the construction site of a residential microdistrict on the territory of the first stage of the city, Vladivostok satellite, and he got acquainted with the beginning of the construction of a multifunctional sports and Rifle Center “Vostok”.

“Investment attracting is the main tool with which we develop the Far East, open enterprises, create jobs. On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, a unique shell was created in the Far East to attract investment – more than 70 federal laws. We must use them effectively. In the territory of the Primorsky Territory, more than 2 thousand investment projects with a total volume of 3.3 trillion rubles are sold, of which 949 billion rubles have already been invested. 548 projects were commissioned, more than 68 thousand jobs were created. Primorsky Territory is one of the leaders in attracting investments. The region, in fact, is a gate to the Russian Federation. There are large investment projects, such as the Nakhodkinsky mineral fertilizer plant or the Primorsky Metallurgical Plant. There are smaller projects. Nevertheless, all of them are of great importance for the development of the region and the development of our country, ”Yuri Trutnev opened the meeting.

The construction project was discussed by the Primorsky Metallurgical Plant for the production of large -format thick -sized rental and large diameter pipes in the Sukhodol Bay. The project is implemented using the preferential regime of Thor. On the site, construction and installation works of the first stage were started, within the framework of which the territory is cleared from green spaces and ruined objects, preparations for the dismantling of buildings seized from third parties are carried out. A permit for the construction of port infrastructure was obtained.

The Fininvest company successfully implements the project to build the largest dry port in Russia-the Artyom multimodal transport and logistics center in the same name. The project is implemented using the preferential regime of Thor. To date, the total investment in the project has exceeded 10 billion rubles. As a result of the implementation of the project, more than 550 jobs will be created. The new transport and logistics center “Artyom” will help increase the efficiency of the Far Eastern seaports, increase the volume of export, imported and domestic container transportation due to processing of high-length trains, as well as container trains with gondola cars. Currently, the construction of facilities of the first stage is being carried out.

The creation of a residential neighborhood on the territory of the first stage of the city – the satellite of Vladivostok was discussed. The DNS Development Group of Companies by agreement with the development corporation of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) in the status of a resident of the Primorye, is implementing a project of integrated residential construction in the Nastzhdinsky district of the Primorsky Territory. Before the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister visited the DNS City construction site, where house No. 1 for 272 apartments (13.2 thousand square meters of living space) was prematurely commissioned. The owners will receive keys in the near future. News will be the first residents of the city – satellite of Vladivostok. “DNS City” is the largest private project to build comfortable housing in Primorye, which is implemented on the principles of an integrated approach to the development of the territory. The total volume of planned investments is 99 billion rubles. This is the first investment project, which is implemented within the borders of the city – the satellite of Vladivostok with the active support of the Ministry of Health, KDDV and the Government of the Primorsky Territory.

The company “Tiech Rus Primorsky”, a resident of the Mikhailovsky Thor, creates a livestock complex with a common number of 10 thousand heads of cattle of dairy rocks in the Yakovlevsky municipal district. Enter the livestock complex and dairy is planned to be introduced into the work in 2029. In the creation of the livestock complex, as well as a dairy production capacity of 60 thousand tons of milk per year, the resident, by agreement with KRDV, invests more than 20 billion rubles, and creates over 360 jobs. The project investor is Th Group – one of the largest agrarian holdings in Vietnam. Now the design of the complex is underway. The resident sowed 0.4 thousand hectares and introduced 1.5 thousand hectares into circulation. In total, the resident will introduce about 6 thousand ha by 2028.

The company “Primorye resorts” is working on the implementation of the project to create a federal year -round sea resort and open 3.8 thousand new rooms in hotels and apartments. The creation of a new resort is at the design stage of a three -star hotel, a multifunctional center with separate four -star rooms.

A project for the construction of a recreational and sports complex with a water park-the multifunctional family center Aquaradise on the island of Russian was presented. Currently received a building permit. Work on the vertical layout and the device of the pile foundation is performed. The development of working documentation is underway.

On the same day, the Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the start of the construction of a multifunctional sports and shooting center “Vostok” in the Nadezhdinsky district. Earthwork is currently underway. At the facility, 16 units of equipment are involved. The landfill will be built jointly by the Federation of Combat Sniping, the Government of the Primorsky Territory and the Center for Military Sports Training and Patriotic Education of Youth “Warrior”. It is planned to be used to prepare snipers and conduct military-patriotic and sports military-applied events.
