If you have been a victim of fraud, then first of all you have to dial the helpline number 155260. After this, information about your name, mobile number, timing of fraud, bank account number will be obtained as primary enquiry. After this the helpline number will send your information to the portal for further action. Then the concerned bank will be informed about the fraud. If the information is found correct, the fraudulent funds will be put on hold. After this your amount will be transferred to your account.
