At the closing ceremony of the All-Russian Student Forum “Your Move – 2024”, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Chernyshenko announced the winner of the Grand Prix of the Russian National Award “Student of the Year”. This was the participant in the nomination “Chairman of the Council of Students of the Year” Vladislav Bykov from the Saratov region.

First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko, speaking at the ceremony, noted the students’ desire to live and create in Russia: “Each of you is talented and capable of much, but truly big problems can only be solved together with a team. Unity makes us stronger. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that people who were not afraid of challenges, were not afraid of difficulties and made a dream their goal, have now become a source of pride for the entire country. The main thing in life is what you can do for your country, what you can do for other people.”

During his speech, Dmitry Chernyshenko emphasized the importance of supporting youth and realizing their potential for the future of the country.

“The Russian government is creating all the conditions for the realization of your capabilities and talents, so that you grow into harmonious individuals, as President Vladimir Putin instructed. The national project “Youth and Children” is aimed precisely at this, at the future of our country. And who else but you is the future! We have prepared many interesting initiatives, for example, 400 thousand lucky people will travel under the “More than a trip” program throughout our country. The winner of today’s competition will become a shining example to follow, a role model that you will strive to surpass,” the Deputy Prime Minister addressed the participants.

The Grand Prix winner received a cash prize of 200 thousand rubles.

Dmitry Chernyshenko congratulated the winner and all participants of the competition, wished them further success and called for active participation in the life of the country.

Also, as part of the event, the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov awarded 50 finalists of the competitive track “I Do” of the All-Russian student project “Your Move”.

“Four years ago the “Your Move” competition started. Then our main goal was to support proactive students who know how to change the world around them for the better, have bright ideas and need opportunities to implement them. Today there are 1,700 people in this hall, a huge community of caring young people has formed, those who love their Motherland, their region, their university,” the minister said, congratulating the guys.

The closing ceremony of the All-Russian Student Forum “Your Move – 2024” took place in Moscow at the National Center “Russia”. The awards were received by the winners of the fourth season of the “Your Move” project and the Russian national award “Student of the Year”. As a result of the forum, 200 winners of the “Your Move” project received 1 million rubles each, and the winner of the Grand Prix of the Russian National Award “Student of the Year” received 200 thousand rubles. The forum brought together 2,500 Russians from 89 regions and more than 400 universities in the country.

The organizers of the forum are Rosmolodezh, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Russian Youth Union, the presidential platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities” and the Rosmolodezh program “More than a Journey”.

The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Grigory Gurov, General Director of the presidential platform “Russia is a Country” opportunities” Andrey Betin and chairman of the all-Russian public organization “Russian Youth Union” Dmitry Pokrovsky.
