Crises, big or small, are an integral part of life. They undermine our daily routine, cause anxiety and uncertainty. But despite ups and downs, maintaining a certain routine can be a stable anchor that will help us deal with the situation in a better way. Crises can come in different forms and affect our lives deeply. They undermine the familiar routine and present us with new challenges.

Many crises may disrupt the routine, such as personal crises: loss of a loved one, serious illness, separation, job loss, financial problems, identity crisis; Family crises: divorce, illness of a family member, moving house, education problems, domestic violence; Social crises: natural disasters, wars, epidemics, economic crises, political crises; Crises related to major changes in life, such as marriage, childbirth, retirement and more.
