Marat Khusnullin: Regional chefs have renovated 95 MFC offices in historical regions of Russia
Historical regions continue the process of integration into the legal space of the Russian Federation. To provide the population and legal entities with a range of state and municipal services, since 2023, the Ministry of Construction, together with the Ministry of Economic Development and the leading regions, has equipped 117 multifunctional centers, 95 of which have been renovated, and two built from scratch. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
“Today, there are 117 MFCs operating in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions – that’s almost a thousand windows. Thus, citizens can now receive consultations and draw up documents in offices using the “one window” principle. This is a unique experience for residents of new regions, where previously the provision of services in this format was not available to them,” said Marat Khusnullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that the Rosreestr departments for new regions and the MFC have entered into agreements on the implementation of the project “MFC – public reception offices of authorities and organizations,” which will allow remote consultation on issues of state cadastral registration and registration of rights to real estate.
“Together with new regions, we will continue to analyze the situation with access to government services. And if there is a need to create additional offices, we will do so. Now there are 20 more MFC offices in operation, which will soon open their doors to visitors,” said Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Irek Fayzullin.
